However, some nutritionists argue that a good diet treatment once or twice a year is a very important and useful for your health.
Guidelines for 12 daily diet:
Do not eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. Use olive oil, flax or sesame oil. After these 12 days should not go immediately to the old way of eating at least 3-5 days.
1 – day – dairy products, 5 cups of yogurt, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
2 – day – fruits, 4-6 oranges, one tablespoon of olive oil, green tea.
3 – day – cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
4 – day – 5 cups of cooked vegetables, two tablespoons of olive oil and green tea.
5 – day – dark chocolate and green tea.
6 – day – 6 apples and spoon of olive oil, tea and water.
7 – day – 300 grams (10 oz.) of cheese and green tea.
8 – day – four fresh salads with olive oil, green tea.
9 – day – 400 grams (14 oz.) roast beef, one tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
10 – day – 3-4 fresh salads and green tea.
11 – day – 500 g (17 oz.) cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
12 – day – 2 grapefruit, 5 egg yolks, one banana and green tea.
After 3-5 days you can include grilled fish, chicken, steamed vegetables, egg yolk, fruits and vegetables, order to not get a shock to the body. The diet is not recommended for people with health problems!
