You will need only three ingredients for this cake. For about an hour you will have ready a great light dessert. Just follow the instructions.
Separate egg whites and yolks of eggs.
Egg whites leave in the refrigerator and turn the oven to 170 degrees.
Melt white chocolate over a water bath.
Once it cools, add the cream cheese and add the egg yolks and mix with a spatula
Remove egg whites from the refrigerator and mix them until you get a thick snow.
Be careful with the cake, do not crack during baking.
Place in a large pan a little hot water and put a pan with the mixture in it. Bake 15 minutes at 170 degrees,thereafter 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Then turn off the oven and leave cheesecake inside for another 15 minutes.
Remove it from the oven and let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
