It is easy to grow your own turmeric indoors. It can be grown by its roots (rhizomes) and it spreads similar to ginger. It does not spread with seeds because it doesn’t disseminate them. You can try find turmeric in health stores or Indian stores.
Split a piece of a bigger turmeric root into a smaller part that has two or three buds.
1. Use organic soil rich in its content, a bit moist not wet. Optimal pH level ranging from 4.5 to 7.5.

3. Turmeric likes its water every second day. Be careful not to overdo it.
