A diet based on starvation do not give long-term results, since the weight quickly return. In addition, they leave the body without nutrients necessary for its normal functioning, which can negatively affect health.
This diet, which we recommend is not such.
Try a moderate, colorful diet, which gives good results. Just follow the color by day and hold these well-balanced meals.
Breakfast: smoothie of 2 dl milk with low fat and two bananas.
Lunch: Cream of Mushroom Soup, grilled chicken, a slice of whole-wheat bread
Dinner: Pasta with cheese
Breakfast: smoothie of 2 dl soy milk and slices of melon
Lunch: Cream of pumpkin risotto with veal
Dinner: omelet yellow peppers
Breakfast: A slice of rye bread, spread of tuna, a cup of green tea
Lunch: soup of broccoli, a slice of rye bread
Dinner: Two steaks grilled white chicken meat, lettuce
Snack: Green Apple
Breakfast: smoothie of 2 dl milk and 250 g raspberries (can and frozen)
Snack: A handful of berries
Lunch: Two stuffed red pepper, a slice of whole grain bread and a salad of tomato
Dinner: Pasta with tomato sauce and sprinkled with parmesan cheese, a cup of tea, hibiscus
This supplement regime will not fall hard to your body, because excludes starvation. If during the day at the table you have food only of one color, try to eat much less and you will quickly get rid of excess weight.
