Prof. Sergei Bybnovskiy says, all you have to do is to pour 10-15 cm completely with cold water or ice cold, to be more precise, in a tub or a large swimming pool, soon as you get home from work.
Whatever you do, just remember do not add hot water!
After you pour the water, enter barefoot in the basin. When you do this, keep tip-toeing or dance for 10-15 seconds!
