– 2 lemons
– 1 cup of lukewarm water
– Half teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 1 teaspoon of honey
Method of preparation:
Pour the lemon juice along with cinnamon and honey in a bottle. (You can also use baking soda, if you do not have honey). Then add one cup of warm water and shake it well. Use 1 or 2 tablespoons of this natural cure for gargle and spit a few minutes.
