Modern life dictates its own terms and is reflected detrimental on the shape,especially in women. Often many of us spend the workday sitting, and others – watching television. So there is nothing surprising in the fact that our body gradually accumulate fatty deposits!
Widow’s hump or buffalo hump is nothing else, but the deposition of fat in the cervical spine. This disease most often occurs in women who are overweight. Today we will show you a set of exercises, that will help you to get rid of that awful fat pad.
1. Circular motion with shoulders
Stand upright with your hands down. Carefully start doing circular movements with your shoulders. You can rotate both hands together or sequentially. Do each exercise for at least five minutes.
2. Cobra pose
Begin the exercise while lying on your stomach and put your hands on the floor under your shoulders. Touch with forehead the floor and try to relax as much as possible.
Slowly lift your head and shoulders from the floor, trying to lift your upper body with your back muscles, not your hands.
Fully straighten your hands and slowly tilt the body back as possible. Try to simply lift highest your chin. Repeat at least 20 times.
3. Cat pose
Begin the exercise while standing on all fours with head bowed. Make sure your knees and your arms are parallel. With inhalation lifted up and chest, so that your stomach sink down as possible. Lift your head and look ahead. While exhaling return to the starting position. Repeat at least 20 times.
4. Stretching the arms and legs
Stand on all fours, so that your knees and arms are parallel to each other. Raise your right arm and left leg simultaneously. Hold this position for 10 seconds, then repeat the same with the left hand and right leg. Repeat at least 20 times.
