It is obvious that all toxins accumulate in our body and therefore it is very important to clean the body of toxins. There are many methods of detoxification, but today we have prepared for you the most effective – detoxification of the body with brown rice.
Use as much brown rice as you the count of your years. For example, if you are 30, then you need to take 30 tablespoons of brown rice.
Rinse well and place into a jar.
Fill a bowl with warm water, close the lid and leave in the fridge. In the morning drain the liquid. Take 1 spoonful of brown rice and cook for 3-4 minutes without salt.
Eat in the morning on an empty stomach. Pour the remaining rice with boiled water and leave in the refrigerator until the next day.
