– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 tablespoon of milk
– 3 tablespoons of rice
Place 3 tablespoons of rice in a bowl and top up with 1 cup of water thereon. Boil it and simmer for 3 minutes. Then leave to cool, strain the mixture and store in a glass container.
Then take the bowl with cooked rice, add a tablespoon of warm milk and a tablespoon of honey and mix the ingredients until you get a paste.
