None of these procedures should be applied, if tachycardia is accompanied by severe chest pain and a feeling of shortness of breath. In such situations, it is best to call “Emergency” immediately!
Today’s hectic everyday life, filled with headaches at every turn, may affect us. Heartbeat is just one of the many consequences of a tense life, we live in.
Many of us know this feeling when the heart in the chest starts to work somewhat faster than usual. We offer two simple but effective methods that can help you with a faster heartbeat.
With a sudden fall in the temperature of the human body, the heart begins to beat delayed. In this way, the nervous system adjusts the body to new conditions.
The heart reacts quickly when your face is cold, because it is closer than other parts of the body.
Place cold water in a deep container. The more lukewarm water, it’s better, so if you have ice, add it too.
Hold the breath, if necessary and with your fingers squeeze your nose and suddenly dive your face into the cold water for a few seconds.
If you do not have a suitable container, fill the water in your hands and splash your face with them. Also, you can lightly massage the skin with ice cubes, especially around the temples.
With this procedure you will act on the nerves that regulate the contractions of the heart. The technique is as follows:
Take a deep breath and tighten your abdominal muscles. With your thumb and forefinger, close your nose, mouth and eyes.
Try with such a closed mouth, to make exhaled, while continuing to tighten your abdominal muscles.
