Natural scrubs of oatmeal
This scrubs does not just help cracked heels, moreover, it makes your feet look attractive, without any side effects, as the ingredients are tender.

1/2 cup of oatmeal or nuts (30g)
3/4 cup jojoba oil (150 g)
Pour the oatmeal and jojoba oil into a suitable container and blend to obtain a creamy paste. Apply the paste on your feet and massage gently for a few minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water. The residual amount of paste can be stored in plastic or glass container for further use.
Heal the cracked heels with lemon and glycerin
This cream for cracked and dry heel is based on the hydrated heel with glycerin. The role of lemon is to remove dead skin cells, thanks to their acids.
1/2 cup rose water (100 ml)
1/4 cup lemon juice (62 ml)
1/2 cup glycerine (100 ml)

Heat the water and pour it into the large vessel. Add salt, lemon juice and glycerin. Mix the ingredients to dissolve faster and dip your feet into the mixture for 15 minutes.
