You can make this mixture at home, and eat it instead of breakfast.
– 3 lemons
– 125 grams of horseradish
– 3 tablespoons of honey
Method of preparation:
Grate the horseradish in a blender. Cut the lemon on slices, along with peel, remove the seeds and add it to the horseradish in the blender.
Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally, add 3 tablespoons of honey and stir again.
Put the mixture in a glass jar and leave it in a refrigerator. Take 1 tablespoon of mixture in the morning and in the evening for 3 weeks. The results will surprise you.
