What we can not do immediately after meals
Many of us believe that after a hearty meal is useful to go for a walk, but this is not the case. Walking after eating can cause acid reflux and indigestion.

There is an opinion that fruits should be consumed as a dessert after a meal. But in reality it is not.

Bathing in warm water increases the flow of blood to the extremities and to the entire body surface. Accordingly, blood flow in the stomach region decreases. Take a bath or take a bath at least half an hour after eating
Smoking after eating causes irritable bowel syndrome. It also adversely affects the work of the colon muscles responsible for the final stage of the digestive process.

To prevent gastroesophageal reflux disease, do not wear tight clothes and tight belts that put pressure on the stomach.
