4 stalks celery
1.5 kg of cabbage
3 cucumbers
2 onions of green onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 lemon
parsley

Method of preparation:

Cut cucumber, onion and celery, cucumber in thin strips. Put all this in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Mix and leave in the refrigerator shortly before use. Before serving, decorate with parsley.

Beetroot salad

1 beet
1 carrot
1 celery
