This is a good recipe for elderly people who, as they age, start feeling pain in their legs.
These may be due to both atherosclerosis of the blood vessels and inflammation of the muscles.
To get the necessary cure for these pains, you only need 15 grams (3 sachets) of dried bay leaf.
On the first day, pour the contents of 1 bay leaf (5 grams) into a proper basin with boiling water, the amount of which is sufficient for bathing the feet. When water is cooled to a feasible temperature, immerse your feet into a basin.
Hold them for 20 minutes, then dry them and wear woolen socks. Do not pour the water.
On the second day to the same liquid, without removing the old leaves, add the next bay leaf (sachets) and reheat the water again until boiling. Soak your feet in it for 20 minutes. Then dry your feet and wear socks again. Do not pour water again!
On the third day, repeat the same procedure by adding the last sachets of bay leaf.
