Alkaline diet can help you lose weight and avoid problems with acid and cancer. Some foods, such as meat, bread, refined sugar and processed foods, which cause your body to produce acid, something that is bad for you.
Eating specific food makes your body more alkaline, also on the other side, may protect against weight gain.
Alkaline diet helps your body maintain blood pressure levels. By consuming fruits and vegetables, lots of water, bypassing sugar, alcohol, processed and fast foods, is the preferred way to good health and to lose weight also. Below we have prepared for you a list of foods to make you more clearly what is recommended and what is not recommended to consumed.
