Banana Sushi

3 Ingredients for pancakes:
* 20g butter
* 75 g flour
* 60 g sugar
* 165 ml sugar
* 1 egg
* 12 g cocoa powder
* half teaspoon vanilla sugar

Ingredients for the filling:
* 20g chopped almonds
* 6 bananas
* 20g crushed pistachios
* 200g Nutela
* 20g chopped walnuts
* 3 tablespoons coconut
* 200 g strawberry jam (apricot or orange)

Preparation:

In a bowl mix the egg with wire stirring, add the sugar, milk, sugar and vanilla melted butter.

Mix all ingredients, then add the flour and cocoa, stirring constantly with wire stirring to get a mixture without lumps. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge to cool for about 30 minutes.
