Cheese Cake

For the preparation of cheese cake you need the following ingredients:

Basis: 

125 g butter
250 g biscuits
3 tablespoons sugar

Cream cheese:
6 tablespoons sugar
2 sachets vanilla sugar
Juice of half a lemon
A little lemon zest
Fresh cream cheese
4 eggs

Cream from sour cream:
400 ml sour cream
2 sachets vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Basis: minced the biscuits, add the sugar and butter (butter should be melted over low heat), mix together and pour into a mold, not less than 24 centimeters. Place pan under the mold, to stop the butter runs. Place in oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.

Cream cheese: Separate the yolks and whites. Mix whites with mixer until you get a thick paste. Add vanilla sugar, sugar and egg. Stir a bit, then add the cheese, lemon juice and mix again briefly. Remove base from oven and reduce the oven at 170 degrees, then pour the cream over the base and return to oven. Bake another 20 minutes.

Cream from sour cream:Mix the cream with the sugar, remove the cake from the oven and spread the cream. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the cake and place in refrigerator to cool overnight.
