Coconut cakes

For the preparation of this sweet pleasure you will need:

500 gr. puter
200 gr. sugar
2 egg
2 deciliters milk
300 gr. flour
1 bag of baking powder
2 egg whites

For the filling:
2 deciliters milk
250 gr. sugar
70 Grams. margarine
100 gr. chocolate
1 tablespoon cocoa
250 gr. coconut


Melt margarine and mix with sugar, egg whites and milk. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder and finally  whites that you previously mixed. Pour batter into a greased sheet and bake for about half an hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The cooled sponge cake cut into cubes. Assemble all the ingredients for the filling and merged them on low heat. In filling the cooling dip each cube biscuit. Wait a few minutes to absorb the chocolate, and then prepared them coconuts.
