Danish diet

Danish diet can be started on any day of the week, but it is recommended to be on Sunday. This diet lasts 13 days and is quite heavy and restrictive (low calorie), but effective. This is not a traditional diet, but a diet that encourages the body to quickly burn fat and facilitate excretion of excess fluids, it actually contributes to act and after. With this diet major changes occur in the body, and the effects last up to 2 years.

Note:
Before you begin this diet is recommended to consult a doctor (especially because it is recommended for obese patients who have upcoming surgery).
This diet must be kept exactly as planned, no less than 13 days and you can lose 7 to 20 kg (normal, without cheating and depending on the initial weight).
If during the diet inject food or liquid that is not provided, then you should stop because there will not be any results, and may be repeated after six months.
If the diet is held exactly 13 days, should be repeated the next two years.
There are only three meals (not allowed nibbling between meals).
Whenever you have the feeling of hunger, drink water.
Coffee can be replaced with tea and vice versa.
You must use sugar cubes, as it is written.
Almost every day we eat salad (lettuce).

Meal plan:

DAY 1
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube
L: 2 boiled eggs, 400g spinach, 1 tomato
D: 200gr beef, salad

DAY 2
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube
L: 250g ham, 1 pot of yogurt / yogurt
d: 200gr beef, salad

DAY 3
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube, 1 piece of toast
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice ham, salad
D: cooked celery, 1 tomato, 1 fruit (apple, pear or orange)

DAY 4
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube, 1 piece of toast
L: 250ml orange juice, 1 pot of yogurt / yogurt
D: 1 boiled egg, 1 carrot, cow cheese 250g

DAY 5
B: 1 large carrot
L: 200gr fish with lemon juice
D: 200gr beef, 1 celery root (grated)

DAY 6
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube, 1 piece of toast
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 large carrot
D: ½ chicken, salad

Day 7
D: 1 cup of tea without sugar
R: Nothing
C: 200gr lamb, 1 apple
Day 8
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube
L: 2 boiled eggs, 400g spinach, 1 tomato
D: 200gr beef, salad

Day 9
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube
L: 250g ham, 1 pot of yogurt / yogurt
D: 250g beef, salad

Day 10
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube, 1 piece of toast
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice ham, salad
D: cooked celery, 1 tomato, 1 fruit (apple, orange or Krupa)

Day 11
D: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube, 1 piece of toast
R: 200ml orange juice, 1 pot of yogurt / yogurt
C: 1 boiled egg, 1 carrot, cow cheese 250g

Day 12
B: 1 large carrot
L: 200gr fish with lemon juice
D: 250g beef, 1 celery root (grated)

Day 13
B: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube, 1 piece of toast
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 large carrot
D: 250g chicken salad.
