Many people drink this mixture early in the morning, to reduce their weight.


Another useful recipe is cinnamon powder with honey and warm water. Take a tablespoon of cinnamon powder, a tablespoon of honey and a cup of warm water, mix the ingredients properly and drink this on an empty stomach.
