Make your own homemade cough syrup

One very effective natural syrup can be prepared from the following ingredients:
– 200 g sugar
– 200 ml of water
– 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
– 1 teaspoon sage
– 1 tablespoon marshmallow
– 1 lemon cut into cubes
All the ingredients simmer for about 30 minutes, then strain it. Optionally, you can add a few tablespoons of honey. Leave in the fridge to cool and thickens.
Take a few tablespoons of syrup per day.
