Excellent mask for skin tightening, believe it or not, is exactly between the products in your home.

What do you need?

1 A half banana
3 tablespoons oatmeal in advance placed in yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg

Make mash of bananas and mix it in honey, egg and kernels.

    Egg whites leave in the refrigerator and turn the oven to 170 degrees.
    Melt white chocolate over a water bath.
    Once it cools, add the cream cheese and add the egg yolks and mix with a spatula
    Remove egg whites from the refrigerator and mix them until you get a thick mixture

cheesecake

Put some oil in the 15 cm diameter baking pan and pour into it the mixture. Raise and drop the pan on the hob a few times until you remove air bubbles from the mixture.

Be careful with the cake, do not crack during baking.

Place in a large pan a little hot water and put a pan with the mixture into it. Bake 15 minutes at 170 degrees,thereafter 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Then turn off the oven and leave cheesecake inside for another 15 minutes.

Remove it from the oven and let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Guidelines for 12 daily diet:

Do not eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. Use olive oil, flax or sesame oil. After these 12 days should not go immediately to the old way of eating at least 3-5 days.

weight lossDrink lots of water and green tea.

1 – day – dairy products, 5 cups of yogurt, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
2 – day – fruits, 4-6 oranges, one tablespoon of olive oil, green tea.
3 – day – cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
4 – day – 5 cups of cooked vegetables, two tablespoons of olive oil and green tea.
5 – daydark chocolate and green tea.
6 – day – 6 apples and spoon of olive oil, tea and water.
7 – day – 300 grams (10 oz.) of cheese and green tea.
8 – day – four fresh salads with olive oil, green tea.
9 – day – 400 grams (14 oz.) roast beef, one tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
10 – day – 3-4 fresh salads and green tea.
11 – day – 500 g (17 oz.) cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
12 – day – 2 grapefruit, 5 egg yolks, one banana and green tea.

After 3-5 days you can include grilled fish, chicken, steamed vegetables, egg yolk, fruits and vegetables, order to not get a shock to the body. The diet is not recommended for people with health problems!
