You can reduce more of 10 kilograms ( 22 pounds) in just 12 days, which is very much based on health standards for weight loss.

However, some nutritionists argue that a good diet treatment once or twice a year is a very important and useful for your health.

Guidelines for 12 daily diet:

Do not eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. Use olive oil, flax or sesame oil. After these 12 days should not go immediately to the old way of eating at least 3-5 days.

weight lossDrink lots of water and green tea.

1 – day – dairy products, 5 cups of yogurt, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
2 – day – fruits, 4-6 oranges, one tablespoon of olive oil, green tea.
3 – day – cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
4 – day – 5 cups of cooked vegetables, two tablespoons of olive oil and green tea.
5 – daydark chocolate and green tea.
6 – day – 6 apples and spoon of olive oil, tea and water.
7 – day – 300 grams (10 oz.) of cheese and green tea.
8 – day – four fresh salads with olive oil, green tea.
9 – day – 400 grams (14 oz.) roast beef, one tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
10 – day – 3-4 fresh salads and green tea.
11 – day – 500 g (17 oz.) cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
12 – day – 2 grapefruit, 5 egg yolks, one banana and green tea.

After 3-5 days you can include grilled fish, chicken, steamed vegetables, egg yolk, fruits and vegetables, order to not get a shock to the body. The diet is not recommended for people with health problems!

With the yogurt you can eat fresh fruit, but in no case should not eat high-fat milk.

This is a 3-day diet plan:

joghurt diet1 day

Breakfast:

Morning eat homemade fruit yogurt or plain oatmeal as desired.

Lunch:

Rice with vegetables. Besides salt and pepper do not add any spices. For dessert eat fruit yogurt.

Dinner:

Before bedtime make a salad of ham and carrots. Cut a carrot, apple and 50 g ham, so together season with olive oil. Then add a little yoghurt.

2 days

Breakfast:

Salad of pickles, cut into cubes and a cup of yogurt.

Lunch:

Meat on the grill or in the oven. Add sliced fresh mushrooms and pepper. When the vegetables are soft, add yogurt to make the sauce.

Dinner:

2 cups yoghurt mixed with some berries.

3 days

Breakfast:

In a cup of yogurt mix cheese, finely chopped apples and a little cinnamon.

Lunch:

Bake a meat 150 g, and in addition make a salad of yogurt, cucumber and a little mustard.

Dinner:

Boil 100g pasta, add 1 chopped pepper and 1 egg. Mix together with a little yoghurt.

How this diet affects health?

Short-term application of this diet will certainly not interfere with the healthy people, but not recommended for a longer period of time.

Losing weight is only achieved through calorie restriction and the positive impact of probiotics from the yogurt
