Snack – two boiled eggs
Lunch – Beef soup, 200 g. spaghetti with minced meat, lettuce
Snack – fruit yogurt
Dinner – omelet with two eggs, a piece of black bread

DAY 4
Breakfast – tea, a piece of black bread, a teaspoon of butter, a teaspoon of honey, boiled egg
Snack – fruit choice
Lunch – soup of spinach, 200 gr. dinstano beef with vegetables, salad choice
Snack – boiled egg
Dinner – salad 100 gr. chicken, 50 gr. cooked rice and 50 grams. Spiced cauliflower with olive oil

DAY 5
Breakfast – lemonade, a piece of black bread, hot dog, mustard
Snack – boiled egg
Lunch – 150 grams. roast chicken, 100 gr. cooked green beans, a piece of black bread
Snack – fruit yogurt
Dinner – sandwich with boiled egg and chicken breast
