The potion of ginger and milk – for easy sleep and a healthy day

2 cups water
2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
2 bags of black tea
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup milk
Put the ginger in water and allow to boil and let boil for about three minutes.
Then remove from the heat and place the bags of black tea. Let stand for three minutes.
Strain the ginger through the strainer and the resulting beverage divide into two cups.
Stir a spoonful of honey in each cup and pour the milk and drink it warm.
