Common cold can last for days, but if you decide to use rough honey in your daily meal it can shorten the duration by as much as two days.

Jahron University in Iran has done a research and they carried it over 60 volunteers, to whom they gave different traditional cold treatment.

However, 30 of 60 were also given 2 ounces of honey per day.

Researchers kept hidden identity of those whom were given a honey out of scientific study. Duration of the infection was significantly reduced to those given a honey comparing to those who didn’t.

3 Ingredient Dragon Slayer Ginger Tea

1) Ginger Root: 2” portion of root. Use the back of your teaspoon to shave off outer skin and slice into thin rounds the quarter of thickness. You can leave the skin on if it’s too much work for you.

2) Raw Honey: add 2 tablespoons to taste, or you can add more by your preference.

3) Lemons (Organic): squeeze the juice of 2 lemons. Fresh lemon is best to use, but if you are feeling terrible you can buy it at your health food store.

Fill a medium pot 3⁄4 full with boiling water. After you drop in raw ginger let it boil for 10 seconds. Now turn off heat and cover the pot and leave it like that for about 15 minutes. AFTER you are finished simmering ginger you can add lemon and honey to the pot.

Don’t forget to leave your ginger behind after you pour it off or strain it into your cup. Heat it back up on the stove in cases when you need more. If you want to relieve a lower fever or a cough you can stir in a teaspoon of cinnamon, which is known to be very effective antiviral and antibiotic.

Note: when you are preparing a single cup, add honey and squeeze 1 lemon into a liquid that has been steered into a cup.

Take our good advice and don’t forget to take some rest and make yourself a chicken soup. It’s best if you add chopped garlic with some miso. Inside your body chicken soup inhabits immune system cells that participate in the body’s response to inflammation. Movement of mucus is also speeded up, drastically reducing the time that your virus is in contact with your nose lining while your congestion is also relieved.
