Simple recipe for a refreshing drink that is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is made from food products that are in favor for a good skin, body weight and reduce cellulite.
The ingredients are as follows
Yogurt – ideally act on body fat and regulate digestion.
Forest fruits – powerful antioxidants with full of vitamin C, which encourage the production of collagen, which keeps skin and immunity.
Ginger – increasing blood circulation, tightens and rejuvenates the skin, relieves spasms and removes the pain in muscles.
Banana – It contains large amounts of potassium, which regulates the retention of water in the body, which otherwise is the cause of cellulite.
In a blender put 2 ml. a cold yogurt and optionally add a few ice cubes.
Add the combination of forest fruits and 1 banana, so mix together and pour into a glass.
Because of the strong flavor of ginger you should not overdo it. Enough to add a fresh piece about the size of a bean in the shake.
