Drink No. 1
300 ml of water
1 tablespoon of honey
0.5 tsp of ginger powder
0.5 tsp of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Branch of mint (dried or fresh)
Ginger, cinnamon and mint are poured into the boiling water, covered and the beverage left for 10 minutes. The warm beverage is sweetened with honey and lemon juice is added. Drink before bedtime.
Drink No. 2
4 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
500 ml of water
All ingredients are mixed in a bowl with a mixer until a smooth mixture is obtained. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
