Today we present a very simple, but very effective diet that will help you lose 10 pounds in a week.
It has plenty of beneficial ingredients and has a quick and proven effect.
A cup of cold water with the juice of one lemon, on fasting for the purification of toxins and activation of metabolism. Half an hour after you drink the lemon water you should eat 2 apples or 2 oranges.
To this is added a handful of nuts, almonds or hazelnuts, those nuts that contain the most useful antioxidants for the woman and purify the body from free radicals and activate the metabolism.
This diet for lunch allows meat consumption, boiled chicken or veal. You can also eat a yoghurt.
Fresh salad with a little olive oil and very little salt.
Dinner should be before 6 pm. It consists of two hard boiled eggs, plus a salad of cucumber or green salad, a little olive oil and a little salt.
After 6 pm, nothing is eaten.
