We offer you a recipe for easy and spectacular French cream. It is made fast and becomes so delicious and fluffy that it melts in the mouth with each spoon.
French cream – Recipe
We need two eggs, 400 grams of fresh milk, four spoons of starch, half a cup of sugar.
- First we need to mix the starch together with half of the sugar.
- Then add the two eggs to them and mix well to avoid any unpleasant clumps.
- The rest of the sugar is poured into a saucepan and the fresh milk is added to it.
- Leave on the heat until it boils.
- Then we start to pour more hot milk into the starch mixture.
- Put the mixture back into the pot and allow it to boil on a low fire. It takes only a few minutes for the cream to thicken.
Finally, as soon as it is ready, we spread the cream in several suitable bowls and leave it to cool. The most delicious if it is cold enough, but for this we have to be patient and leave it for a few hours in the refrigerator.
This French cream is very simple, and the preparation is very fast. We need about 40 minutes to prepare it.
Inexpensive, unpretentious, but so tasty, that anyone who tried it remains astonished. Does not contain calories than most desserts, perfect for women and their figures.
