Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric-Coconut Drink Will Help You Sleep and Fight Inflammation

This mixture works wonders in terms of poor sleep and indigestion. It is also used for many other health conditions such as:

  • Arthritis
  • Heartburn
  • Stomach pain
  • Diarrhea, intestinal gas
  • Jaundice
  • Liver problems

Turmeric is a spice and is the basic spice in curry and other spice combinations. In some countries, it is quite popular because of better sleep and digestion taken before bed.

Turmeric root has a healing effect. If you suffer from any of these conditions, then this potion is the solution to your problems.

You will need:

– 2 cups of coconut milk
– 1 teaspoon turmeric
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – it speeds up the absorption of turmeric
– 1 piece of sliced ginger
– Honey ( optional)

Procedure:

Place a pan with mixed ingredients on medium heat (no honey at first), it is optional and must not be heated
Stir over low heat until they start to bubble
Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until flavors combine well
Strain the ginger
Add honey and stir
