Turmeric is a spice and is the basic spice in curry and other spice combinations. In some countries, it is quite popular because of better sleep and digestion taken before bed.

Turmeric root has a healing effect. If you suffer from any of these conditions, then this potion is the solution to your problems.

You will need:

– 2 cups of coconut milk
– 1 teaspoon turmeric
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – it speeds up the absorption of turmeric
– 1 piece of sliced ginger
– Honey ( optional)

Procedure:

Place a pan with mixed ingredients on medium heat (no honey at first), it is optional and must not be heated
Stir over low heat until they start to bubble
Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until flavors combine well
Strain the ginger
Add honey and stir
You’ll get two servings, so you can also help someone sleep better

People generally know that bananas are very nutritious, but they wonder how many calories and carbs they actually contain.

A medium-sized banana contains 105 calories, on average. Below you can find containment of the calories, depending on banana sizes:

  • Extra-large (152 grams, > 9 inches) – 135 calories.

Cinnamon’s benefits

After black pepper, the cinnamon is the second most popular spice in Europe and the United States. According to scientists, cinnamon has numerous health benefits, including healing fungal infections, balancing blood sugar levels, preventing Alzheimer’s disease, protecting against HIV, preventing multiple sclerosis, lowering the effects of high-fat meals, and others.

Recipe for Cinnamon Banana Bread:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar,
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon,
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg, and
  • 2 Bananas

Directions:

  • Mix the spices and sugar together
  • Spray skillet
  • Slice bananas and put slices into a pan,
  • Sprinkle slices with the mixture on top and start cooking
  • Cook over medium heat 2 minutes,
  • After lipping the banana slices, add the rest of the sugar and spice mixture to the other side, then continue cooking for 2 minutes

This type of bread is great for snacks or breakfast. It takes only 10 minutes for preparing.

The sweet potato contains many vitamins such as B6, B5 and A, also contains thiamine and niacin. This vegetable contains more sugar than white potato, but on the other hand it is completely fat-free. This type of potato can freely be consumed by people who have elevated sugar because it has properties toregulate the level of blood sugar.

The next ingredient of this recipe is coconut flour. It helps regulate cholesterol in the blood, and ginger and turmeric are great for dealing with inflammation, virus prevention and reducing the risk of severe illness.

Then, as a good source of healthy fatty acids, we use Coconut milk. This can help you to boost your metabolism and reduce the body weight. It is rich in vitamins B, C and E, iron, magnesium, selenium and phosphorus.

How to prepare these plant-based muffins:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • half a cup of maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup rice flour (brown)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • 3-4 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 sweet potato (baked)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • 1/8 teaspoons of nutmeg
  • half a teaspoon of Himalayan salt

Instructions:

You need to heat the oven at a temperature of 400 degrees. Then, on the sweet potato, make а several holes and put it to the oven, and bake about 60min. Once the potato is cool, peel off the skin and place it in a mixing bowl. In the same bowl, add maple syrup, coconut milk, olive oil and mix well. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate dish and then add them, stir until they are combined with the whole mixture.

Then fill in the tiles in a muffin pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy the wonderful taste of these plant-based muffins.

This French cream is fantastic, it is so yummy!

We offer you a recipe for easy and spectacular French cream. It is made fast and becomes so delicious and fluffy that it melts in the mouth with each spoon.

French cream – Recipe

We need two eggs, 400 grams of fresh milk, four spoons of starch, half a cup of sugar.

  • First we need to mix the starch together with half of the sugar.
  • Then add the two eggs to them and mix well to avoid any unpleasant clumps.
  • The rest of the sugar is poured into a saucepan and the fresh milk is added to it.
  • Leave on the heat until it boils.
  • Then we start to pour more hot milk into the starch mixture.
  • Put the mixture back into the pot and allow it to boil on a low fire. It takes only a few minutes for the cream to thicken.

Finally, as soon as it is ready, we spread the cream in several suitable bowls and leave it to cool. The most delicious if it is cold enough, but for this we have to be patient and leave it for a few hours in the refrigerator.

This French cream is very simple, and the preparation is very fast. We need about 40 minutes to prepare it.

4 stalks celery
1.5 kg of cabbage
3 cucumbers
2 onions of green onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 lemon
parsley

Method of preparation:

Cut cucumber, onion and celery, cucumber in thin strips. Put all this in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Mix and leave in the refrigerator shortly before use. Before serving, decorate with parsley.

Beetroot salad

1 beet
